Hey! im 14 now 5'7 230lbs! wanting to be 130! thats 100 lbs to lose and i wanan lose between 50-70 by September! then the rest by November, when i might get to meet the love of my life! I am doing this for me,b/c i have friends n everything but this is really for the best i just dunno wut to do .. i hear eat healthy exercise, but that doesnt work for me i just eat n lay around! neways so ya I am thinking for lunch i eat hmm healthy n i start to eat breakfat and dinner!! can anyone make me a plaan or sommin with exercise non machinery ones included and when to do this.. i just needsommin to follow! also could u add in there when to wash my face, u would understand if u knew! i would really appreciate alot! imean i have been comming here since i last summer n ya! thanks for ur help if ya need my emailor anything just ask! may god be with everyone! ALSO umm in school we hafta do wellness testing-running, curl ups pull ups sit n reach my scores suck how can i improve em?

hey girl.. your off to a good start with a goal..let me just say that. I know... I'm getting tired of hearing eat healthy and exersize too. My advice is to get out and have fun.. go water skien and anything fun like that. Stay active by just going out with friends and having a good time. As far as dieting goes..I'd try to drink a lot of water..dont need to measure or anything but whenever you think about it have a glass or two.. and don't deprive yourself but before you eat something goodie wise..have a lot of fruit first and you won't want as much of the goodie food.. k girly .. i'm gonna pray for you.I know you can do it. never give up!!!
