Hey I just wanted to post and say that what worked for me, I've lost 18 pounds so far, was just eating low fat and some healthy foods and all that. I are what I wanted but I tried not to have too much fat. I became obsessed with it for awhile and had like 10 grams of fat at the most in a day but thats too little i'm guessing thats not too unhealthy, but I sometimes had 15, anyways depending on what your weight is, I'm 5'2" and I was 158 so if I ate 40 grams fat a day apparently I could lose pound a week... anyways I'm 140 now and i just wanted to post saying that that's what worked for me to far... but it's probably best to have more than 10 grams of fat a day lol, I'm having more now and I'm still losing weight. Just eat healthy and I know that what everybody says to do but eating healthy and exercising really does work. (P.s. I've been wonderin for a bit... does anybody here live in Canada?... I have a feeling that not many people here do, i dono y but... i was just wondering lol :S )

Well... I'm not sure how long it took... I was trying for a while like... beginning in January I guess but Inever lost weight I started losing weight a long time after that lol I'm not too sure how long it took. :S

Well... I love that cereal corn pops so I ate that most of the time I was hungry lol... it has like no fat!! but it does have sugar so you gots to watch the sugar you eat anyways i also ate just like... anything low fat. I went for lotsa walks and thats actually all the exercise I ended up doing lol. just lotsa walks... walking every day :) It actually really wasnt that hard and the great thing is I've been takin a break from my diet for like 3 weeks now and I haven't gained back anything!! and I was eating junk lol I know thats bad but i needed a break and didnt gain anything at all!!!! The great thing is that this plan I was doing is pretty much a lifestyle change it helped alot with my old habits (except for these past 3 weeks lol i had lotsa stuff to deal with so I just took a break and ate whatever I wanted lol) anyways.... it worked great for me and it still is workin great just eat low fat and walk lots lol good luck to u all!! I still got 10 more pounds to lose :) (P.S. I live in B.C. too :D )
