Hey I just wanted to post and say that what worked for me, I've lost 18 pounds so far, was just eating low fat and some healthy foods and all that. I are what I wanted but I tried not to have too much fat. I became obsessed with it for awhile and had like 10 grams of fat at the most in a day but thats too little i'm guessing thats not too unhealthy, but I sometimes had 15, anyways depending on what your weight is, I'm 5'2" and I was 158 so if I ate 40 grams fat a day apparently I could lose pound a week... anyways I'm 140 now and i just wanted to post saying that that's what worked for me to far... but it's probably best to have more than 10 grams of fat a day lol, I'm having more now and I'm still losing weight. Just eat healthy and I know that what everybody says to do but eating healthy and exercising really does work. (P.s. I've been wonderin for a bit... does anybody here live in Canada?... I have a feeling that not many people here do, i dono y but... i was just wondering lol :S )
