I need help I have no motivation and last week I put on half a pound, I always either go up or stay the same it's so hard to lose it. I was thinking about doing 50 crunches a day, and run up and down the stairs 10 times and when I can't go up and down the stairs just sort of, walk on the spot in my room lifting my knees up really high 130 times. And bike whenever I can which isn't often. What motivates you lot coz I need some.

I think your plan sounds great. What movtivates me is that in the summer I will be able to wear a bikini and look good in it and I'll get compliments on my nice looking body (lol I hope) + I'm going like to Calgary and Europe maybe in the summer and I wanna look good and feel comfortable wearing almost anything! =D I'm excited just think of the possibilites =P
