hey i started gym Monday and when we jog i get so out of breath and i am so tired how can i make it so i am fit and not tired . How Can i also lose 25 pounds in 2 months? please help.

The same use to happen to me... When your at the gym... get on the tred mills and start off slowly, making your way up to where you run. But!! Make sure you have water- you needs LOTS of water. Drink some before you get on, and while you are on , if you can, and right when you get off. Make sure its water- nothing else. But whatever you do, dont start off on the tred mill running- this will not help- every two minutes- change the speed to go faster, maybe from speed one to speed two. working your way up. once you are running, kepp runing till you feel you did enough. any questions, email me at ivannabuj@hotmail.com

Sometimes you just need to start off small. Say you can runn a couple min. a day and eventually you can run more easily. And for the weight loss. Try checking into the South Beach diet. I've lost 12 lbs in 2 weeks!
