hi, i haven't been on this site in awhile. I am 5"6 and i weigh around 160. my goal is to get down to around 140 and have deifnition like abs and all that stufff. do you think its possible(my worst area i would say is my stomach it isn't huge but not small)?? i hope so b/c i wanna go to the beach and not be ashamed to take my shirt off! so if u could plz give me tips on losing weight( diet, and exercise please do i would really appreciate this). and if any1 with msn would luike to be diet buddies jus tell me.REPLY A.S.A.PTHANX=)=)=)=)=)

hey, based on your height and how much you weigh i don't think you have that much belly fat to lose but to get a six pack you need to to cardio(jogging for long distances burns the most) at least 5 days out of seven for maximum results(you'll be able to see results in just two weeks) another thing after doing your cardio try strength trainig that should tone your body so you look really hot;)(this would include stuff like bench press, chinups, calf raises ect.) another big part of this should be your....ABS to do this before you go to bed try and do an ab routine (email me if you would like to know the best exercises to do for that;))and watch what you eat your diet should be high in protein and you should be having 6 mini meals a day ex. fat free yougurt, apple and glass of water.you should also be drinking as much water as you possibly can, if you have any other questions feel free to just email me at april_mura@hotmail.com, hope that helps,

ok matthew... do you work out at all? if so great and if not..you really should think about it. i have a used/old exercise bike and i love it. truse me it works. just by doing that about 30 min a day 3-5 times a week i lost 3.5 lbs that week! eat like you normally would and maybe even a lil less and bike...it will work!
