Just because you didn't like the low carb diet, doesn't mean that you should tell others not to do it. It has been proven very successful with tons of people and everyone saying its unhealthy doesn't know what their talking about. I seriously suggest going to www.atkins.com to learn more about the diet and the science behind it before you go talking about it. And if you were only on it for a short amount of time then maybe you shouldn't be dissing it.

Please don't do low carb... it's your choice but I did it and I felt so greasy and heavy because like almost all i could have was meat and stuff. What I'm doing is low fat and healthy eating adn I've already lost 13 pounds. I only eat about 15 grams fat a day or less tho, so just adjust the diet to meet your needs :) you can do it, try it this was it's healthier and it will change your lifestyle so you won't need to eat as much to be full adn you'll lose weight and keep it off!!!! : ) its working for me, good luck

Ok...I recommend the Atkins diet, because it has been so successful on others around me. Though I didn't go on it, I went on something similar I still lost weight. Most people lose atleast 10 pounds the first two weeks on just the induction diet. It's strict, but you won't be left feeling starved. For the exercises, you could try lifting some light 2-5 pound dumbells...you could also do crunches. Maybe you should think about buying a pilates or some sort of abs video. Hope I helped and good luck!!
