hi im mallory i wiegh 206 pounds and im 5'5 i was wondering if anyone knew any little tricks to help lose wieght i mean i drink all the water i eat healther then i used to, but i dont have very much time for exercise with school and homework and family. does anyone out there know anyway exercize or eating tricks that wont take a lot of time but that are effective?

Is there any stuff you like? Hiking biking? Dancing's cool, especially fast ones that get your heart racing. 49ing type stuff is great (*not* the getting drunk, the actual dancing and laughing and being with friends and making up karaoke type stuff)

u should give up pop if u are drinking it and u will loose weight faster. Hope this helps. good luck!
