hi im 195lbs i need help............does anyone know any good diet ideas....or good exercises

The best way to loose weight and keep it off, is to eat healthy, i know thats what every one says but it really does work, going on fad diets only works for a couple of weeks and as soon as you go back to eating normally the weight will just pile on again. Try eating more veg and fruit and up your water intake. Exercising will really help to shed the pounds, start of by walking a few times a week and as the weeks go on start to run and the fitter you'll get the faster you'll become. Try not to become to depressed about your weight as this will only make things harder try to stay strong and just think how good you'll feel when you've reached your target weight and every ones telling you how great you look. my brother was in the Marines and they made him do a lot of push ups so i think that push ups would be a good exercize. you probaly know this but drink water and try to eat sugar free stuff.
