ok- so i'm doing really good on my diet this week and i did 30 min. of ddr last night and am going to do a lot more tonight. this is my meal plan for today- breakfast i had a lean pocket which is 280 calories and really yummy- for lunch i'm going to have a slimfast bar(one of their new layered kinds- i can't wait!) for a snack i'm going to have an orange and for dinner i'm going to have small portions of whatever marty's mom is making for dinner with lots of veggies...i'm planning on doing at least 45 minutes of ddr tonight with marty...good luck everyone- just take it little by little and make it fun! because losing weight CAN be fun- i know it is a lot of times for me if i keep the right attitude and make it original...

i eat a lot of fruit in between meals. but a lean pocket is supposed to be a meal...

anne, i dont think ur eating enough. u should have more than just a lean pocket for breakfast, maybe a piece of fruit or something healthy. good luck with weight loss ;)

yeah i have- i like those the best because it doesn't have such a thick texture.- hey- have you tried their snack bars! omg- they're just like eating a candybar except 300-400 calories less then a reg. candy bar!they are so awesome!

ddr= dance dance revolution and lean pockets are a low calorie hot pocket basically if you know what that is. thanks anthony. and joanna- i know for a fact that it DOES work and HAS been working, but thanks for tryinbg to be healpful- i'm getting enough health food because i have a lot of servings of veggies at dinner and fruits for snacks- my diet is also not the same everyday and the meal replacements i usuallly have are vitamin enriched and high in fiber. i make sure of those things before i put them into my diet- everything is also low fat/low calorie. but thanks anyways for trying to help...

okay Im not telling you this to be mean, but ive tried alot of various diets and I know for a fat that one will not work because your not having enough "healthy" food... instead of having a lean pocket for breakfast have some cereal... ima vegetarian and I eat a whole lotta carbs and im still loosing weight... Plus a lean pocket is small I know for a fact that you are probally hungry after that instead try one cup of cereal (healthy cereal) and a cup of milk with a fruit
