ok- so i'm doing really good on my diet this week and i did 30 min. of ddr last night and am going to do a lot more tonight. this is my meal plan for today- breakfast i had a lean pocket which is 280 calories and really yummy- for lunch i'm going to have a slimfast bar(one of their new layered kinds- i can't wait!) for a snack i'm going to have an orange and for dinner i'm going to have small portions of whatever marty's mom is making for dinner with lots of veggies...i'm planning on doing at least 45 minutes of ddr tonight with marty...good luck everyone- just take it little by little and make it fun! because losing weight CAN be fun- i know it is a lot of times for me if i keep the right attitude and make it original...
