Ht. 5'4", Today: 195 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - hey, does anyone know anything that's supposed to speed up your motabolism? right now i'm 5 4 and weigh about 195lbs. i want to loose about 50lbs. i did tae bo last night and i was tired after but i felt good too. good luck with all of your diets!!!

to speed up metabolism eat a breakfast of some sort and do some exericising throughout the day. tht did it for me.

i know you can do this- especially with taebo- i love taebo! you should also see if one of your friends has dance dance revolution for playstation- it is so fun you don't feel like you're exersizing. i spent an hour and a half playing because it was fun and i was sweating buckets- yet it still didn't feel like exersizing! good luck and definately keep it up. oh and if you do taebo for a while you'll build up endurance and will be able to run and do taebo without getting so tired. i know i did!

thatks i'll try that.the only problem is getting up so early in the morning cause sometimes i have to babyit till 11:30 at night.

I heard that by eating breakfast you'll speed up your metabolism but you should try workin out in the morning.
