Ht. 5'6", Today: 164 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 140 lb - Hi, tomorroe my weight loss goal begins(i always give myself the first day of the new year to think it over)! I weigh 164 and I am 5"6 and i would like to 25 pounds to be around 140. If anyone has diet tips and exercise tips I would apreeciate them. And can any1 tell me how to get abs? b/c the area that is the worst is my stomach(my stomach is practicall region with fat on it)/. And if any1 wantrs to be diet buddies reply

Okay, if you follow this plan then you can lose 3 inches in one week. Eat 3 healthy meals a day and 2 snacks. The first snack must be a fruit or vegetable and that goes the same for the second snack. In the morning, do 60 situps and 30 sidebends to each side. Make sure you are doing these exercises to the full extent and that you are doing them properly because if you won't see results. Before you go to bed, do 60 situps and then 30 sidebends on each side as you did in the morning. It will hurt the next day, believe me, but you must keep doing it for it to work. One week of exercising will be much worth the weight loss so keep to it!! It will be very uncomfortable at first, but you what you will accomplish should keep you going. Whoever ends up doing this, please end up posting how many inches youve lost!

i did somthing like that in the summer i had GREAT abs but for it to last u got to keep it up
