Ht. 5'6", Today: 164 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hi, tomorroe my weight loss goal begins(i always give myself the first day of the new year to think it over)! I weigh 164 and I am 5"6 and i would like to 25 pounds to be around 140. If anyone has diet tips and exercise tips I would apreeciate them. And can any1 tell me how to get abs? b/c the area that is the worst is my stomach(my stomach is practicall region with fat on it)/. And if any1 wantrs to be diet buddies reply A.S.A.P THANX=D=D=D=D
