Today: 220 lb, Goal: 163 lb - I AM SO ASHAMED I WEIGHT 220 AND I PULLED A SHALLOW HAL AND BROKE A METAL HEATER JUST BY SITTING ON IT. I AM SO BIGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG I NEED TO GET FITTTTTTTTTTTT BUT I AM TO LAZY, THIS INCIDENT MADE ME REALIZE I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT AND GET FIT. MY GOAL IS TO WEIGHT 163 BY THE MIDDLE OF JUNE 2004. IF YOU HAVE ANY ADVICE ON HOW I CAN LOSE WEIGHT HEALTHY PLEASE REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!

follow this diet and you will be a lot skinnier. try to remeber your goals!
breakfeast: 1 bowl of total cereal with soy milk;green tea
snack: a banana
lunch: salad and soup (with no cream)and water
dinner: whatev your mom makes you but in small protions
the key is to have the smallest portions possible, to drink a lot of water and a lot of green tea. green tea really helps! i am starting to drink alot of tea and people are saying i look great. also try to get sum exercise in.tell me what happens and i am here2help. don't worry
