Ht. 5'7", Today: 192 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - I am 5"7 192 and keeping with what i said. I want to be at at lest a semi-healthy weight by jn 5th today i had one bowl of cerial with 2% milk and i had two mints for lunch i am having a few glasses of iced tea and for dinner i will eat some rice or nodles and today i have had tons of areobic exercise and sit-ups along with crunches!

hey,
i understand that you want to look beter but that is not the way to go. The only thing that you are going to accomplish is later on is overeating. Please think about what you are doing it will only harm you in the long run.

Hey that isn't very healthy what you eating you should eat whatever you want just in small portions.
