Reply from anne, Age 16 - 12/19/03 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx sometimes when we've eaten healthy and exersized the week before and do bad the next week our metabolism's still in high gear and you'll still lose a bit. it's happened to me before- just don't take it for granted! get back on your routine before you get back to where you were and not moving down the numbers on the scale. good luck!

Tell you parents that you are going to give up chips etc as a new years resolution so you dont want any fatty foods for dinner. Gte an aerobics book out of the library and do some. If you have a stairs, run up and down it. Try and go swimming regularly with a friend because it is a really good and fun way to get exercise.
