it is the SECOND day of my diet, and today I craved junk and I had 4 low fat grahm crackers, but I feel as though Im cheating myself even though I know that I didnt eat that much. If I still sometimes give in, and like say half of what id normally eat when I craved something, would I still lose weight? like i mean even if i had 4 low fat gram crackers everyday?!HELP! becasue my feelings are stirck diet or no diet, which doesnt work!

first thing you should not eat low fatgram crackeres you should eat saltiene crackeres or a rfuit or yougurt smoothie jello if you want tolose weight and not cheat yourself dont eat gum that has so many sugars and also if you want something sweet try smothie snack i was110 i loss 10 pounds you can do it just plan a schedule about eating and follow that routine

It's perfectly fine to indulge a little bit each day. The graham crackers won't be a problem, because they were low fat and you did good on everything else.
I would say to put some of your favorite junk food (just a tiny bit though) into a baggy, and then eat one a day. If you completely forbid any junk, you will end up wanting it so much that one day you will eat all the junk in sight.
