Today: 136 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Hey peoples!!! I'm 13 and i weigh about 136 lbs.!!! my mom said that i need to lost like 21 lbs!! How long do you think that would take me to lose it all? (i would like it to be around/before christmas??? you dont need to lose weigh. your in your normal weight limit. This site is for extemely over weight people like me. I am5'1 and 188. THATS FAT? BIG

Okay this is what you should do just eat what you want just cut in half of what you usually eat like if you usually eat 2 slices of pizza just eat one now. And stay away from sugar and fried food as much as you can!!!!! And exercise 30 minutes a day 5 days a week. Do what you like to do bike ride, walk, run, swim, etc. Then do 20 crunches for your tummy, 20 push-ups for your arms and chest and do 20 squats or lunges for you legs and butt. If y ou don't like what I am telling you go to www.ivillage.com/dietthat is really good site were you can find a whole bunch of diets and workouts. And I think it would take you 2-4 months to get off 21 pounds.
