Ht. 5'8", Today: 230 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - Hey guys i heard the more you think about weight loss the more likely you are to gain weight. DO you think this is true? I am on slim-fast and i have lost about 5 pounds but i seemed to have gained it all back does any one know what the easiest way to lose weight would be including the slim-fast! I need to lose about 70 pounds to be average (i am 5 8'and weigh 230) thanx alot-Hanne

dnt use these diets even thought they work at first i dont think u can live that way .......... jst eat healthy food ...low fat drink water and excersize wen u can .if ur close to skool wakl every mornin and stay after skool fro some swimin

slim fast is not a yo-yo diet. it is a calorie counter diet and of course when you get off of slimfast after you lose the weight you just have to remember that you can still only eat what you burn. but that's everyone ALWAYS. just add in exersize to your plan and have fun with it so you don't get frustrated...

The best and most affective way to loose weight is to Diet and exercise. Start eating healthy instead of getting a fatty and calorie high meal you should choose something good for you. If you do diets such as "slim-fast" they are Yo-Yo diets meaning that you will lose the weight but are more inclined to gain it back in a short period of time. Loosing weight is a life style change. You just alwasy need to be aware of what you are eating and you need to exercise. By eating healthy and exercising you will maintain your weight loss and also have a healthier body. If you like slim fast that is alwasy something good to have for breakfast as the meal, but DO NOT drink a slim-fast shake and eat something on top of that cause it is equivlent to having 2 meals!
