Ht. 5'5", Today: 173 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 115 lb - I am 5'5 and 173 lbs. I would like to weigh 115 lbs. by August 2004. First of all is this possiable. Second, i keep on putting of my diet and exercise plan because i am afriad i am going to diet wrong, like eat to much or to little! I need some motivators and some diet tips...thanks so much!

yes, it is possible if you are serious about it...cut down on sugar, drink water, eat things like salads(there are plenty of different kinds to choose from)and you will be there in no time. A way to know if youre not eating enough is if youre not eating when you are hungry. If you are hungry, eat healthy snacks between meal times.

hey! first..yes! that is soo possible! u dont really need to go on a specific diet..just do 50 sit ups, and 50 leg lifts on each side every day. Drink TONS of water! that seriously helps! Like, you can lose 5 poounds a week if u just drink tons of water, don't eat sweets...maybe one a day if u cant help it!
