Today: 203 lb, Goal: 100 lb - Help! Im 11 and 203 lbs. i desperatly want to llose weight. i want to be 100lbs. does any one have any ideas on how to loose weight? i know i have to eat right and exercise, but how? What exercises? How do I cut down on foods? i really need help. i want to have a flat stomach, lean arms and lean legs. i wear a size 16 in women's. i want to be able to wear smalls in juniors. thanks SO MUCH. you don't know how much these ideas and this site means to me.

what i would do is try the south beach diet (www.southbeachdiet.com) and stick w/it b/c it works! also, dont think about losing 100lbs at once, set small goals and take it 5 pounds at a time. also, if you begin to eat unhealthy think about is this, for example, peice of pizza really worth being overweight? and then put it down and get something healthy. just think about how good you will feel when you can control what you eat and see a difference in appareance. I think ur goals r just a little unrealistic. Im a size 15/16 too, and i think it would be virtually impossible to go dwn 2 a jrs. small. Maybe a size 10,or med./lg. would be a little more realistic. Also, I think it would be unhealthy to lose 100 lbs.

Okay heres a plan that lots of people I know have tried and its been effective -You can only drink one small glass of pop or juice a day and the rest water -You eat 3 regular meals a day but dont over do it past one plate unless you are really hungry -Also you should cutout junkfood completely out of your diet but one "small" sweet snack a day like a bag of chips is okay and the rest fruits and veggies -Lastly exercising every day makes a hug difference in weight loss you should do 50 situps every day,50 leglifts on each side every day,and go up and down the stairs 10 times every day ( 1 time up and down only counts as 1) Hope this helps and this works if you stick to it email me at dalilbrat18@yahoo.com or IM me my screen name is LILSweetJanelly
