Ht. 5'7", Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 140 lb - Hi. I am about 5'7 and weight 175. I wear anywhere from a 13-15 in pants. I would like to weight 140. I need to flatten my stomach. Band starts in a couple of weeks and my uniform doesn't fit wonderfully. It there any exericises that would help quickly. Thanks for your imput.

Hi, this may sound hard but it helps i do them all the time all you do is do crunches tith your legs in the air. you will tella diference soon after you start. i would sart with just 20 at first till you get comfy with it then go to 50 then 100. i do 100 every night it helps sooo much well any Q ask me in this bord -hannah

for your stomach, do crunches on an exercise ball.

u can go 2 workout.com and there r sum exercise thingys that might help u lose the excess pounds. i hope this helps
