Hey! I was doing so well, I have lost 15 pounds, and am feeling and looking better. I used to eat after school and in between meals all the time but before I lost weight I stopped that but the other day I had a craving and listened to it and now I have started doing it again. How can I stop???? Also what are some good food to have for lunch????? I make my own lunch and I usually have a sandwish, pizza, or salad and would like some other choices. Oh, and if you start to drink a lot of water keep drinking milk to because milk is really good for you. Well thanks for the help.

Wen u crave sumthing....... chew sum minty flavored gum and that should get rid of ur cravings. It worked for me. And also, if u drink a couple large glasses of water b4 a meal that might help u get full faster so u wont b able 2 eat as much. The water thing might help u out but im not sure cuz i havent tried it yet but i will. I hope my info is useful 4 u.
