REPLY TO CAREY: hey just bring it up (weightwatchers) i thought it would be hard but the starter book costs like $20 or you can do it at home and get everything for like $100 dollars and it has good food to buy at the store or you can eat anything and it is very EASY to follow. i'm sure your parents would rather you be healthy. so go for it.

CAREY: i don't go to the meetings, i just got the book and i do it at home and i work at out the local college gym. but they teach you everything at the meetings i think. but either way you can do cardio to burn and weight to tone and raise your metabolism and then you will be good. and on the ww plan. they give each food points and then you are allowed so many points and its up to you to use them wisely or "waste" them on high point foods. try there website it is really helpful. bye
