Start: 110 lb, Today: 175 lb - hello im 15 ive been with a problem for years its my metabolism, i do a lot of out doors stuff and sence i was about 9 ive gained with age i started off at 110 and now im like 175 and im not that tall i was wondering if any of yall who have seem to be doing this stuff for a while can give me some tips to loose. I dont really eat much junk food only like a few times a week. I usually eat something small.

Hey Sam. well if you are skipping any meals especcially lunch that could be why you have a slow metabolism i also think there are pills that speed your metabolism up but a good way to get ure metabolism up is eat a big healthy breakfast a smaller lunch and a smaller dinner that way when u eat a good breakfast ure body thinks that its getting lots of food and energy and speeds up your metabolism to burn it off then when you eat a smaller lunch and dinner your metabolism is still faster but ure not eating as much meaning you burn off a lot more. if that doesnt work i would say ask your parents or doctor about those metabolism pills. good luck
