It's important to get 1 hour of aerobic excercize each day. Here are a few fun ways to get some exercise:*Hop on one food to get the mail*Jump rope to your favorite song*Do one push up, one jumping jack, one toe touch, and one sit up. They try two of each. Then three. See how high you can go!*Time how long it takes you to run around the block. Rest 2 minutes and try again to improve your time.*ALWAYS REMEMBER BEFORE AND AFTER YOU EXCERCISE MAKE SURE TO GENTLEY STRETCH YOUR ARMS, LEGS, WAIST, AND NECK TO PREFENT INJURY!I hope this helps! Hey that was great advice Its helping every day I go a few more like 10 more i am up to going to 130 of all those things with out getting tired! So thanks! ;)
