Hey!!!I hate it!!!!!!Every time I lose weight I gain it right back but I won't any more!!!!!! I am goin to exercise for an hour every day. 30 mins of walking and a 30 min exercise show. I only eat three meals a day and drink water in between. I only eat a little bit of junk food on the week-end but I have always done that so I might stop eating junk all together.I also weight lift 2-3 times a week and do 60 crunchs every second day. I hope I will lose weight on this. If I don't think I might stop eatimg. What else would I be able to do? I have tried everything so this had better work because I don't want to have to make myself sick.I want to be healhy, be at a good weight and be able to have lots of energy. If you have any tips please post them here. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Melanie if what you are trying does'nt work dont make yourself sick. do what i do all i do is look on the box to see how many calories there is in the food.And i try to eat most fruit and veggies. then i rn for an hour every single day.

maybe eating only three meals a day is your problem. Try eating 5 smaller meals about every three hours to keep your metabolism up, cut carbs and junk, and drink AT LEAST 8 cups of water EVERY DAY. The water thing works like a charm i promise, you just have to stick with it. I drank 10-12 cups of water a day for about two weeks and all my clothes were nearly falling off of me. hope this helps.....
