I really need help staying motivated. I try not to eat very much durnign the day, ill have an apple for breakfast, a banana for lunch, another apple after school. during the day i drink 8 glasses of water to help keep me full. i eat a normal dinner but then around 10:00 i get really hungry, what can i do to not pig out??

I have the same problem except i usually give in. wut i heard from my doctor is that if u eat a bigger breakfast it will jumpstart ur metalbolism and u should be able 2 eat less throughout the day. good luck!

I used to eat like that a long time ago but then I learned a better way which actually helps you to lose weight. You need to eat most of your calories in the morning, cause its when your metabolism is burning the fastest. So eat a big brekkie, i have tea and cereal and fruit. Then eat 3 smaller meals throughout the day and your last meal dinner eat at about 7pm. Then eat nothing until the next day. After about a week you wont even be hungry at night. I know Im not anymore. And so youll stop craving junk and when you wake up youll be like yum breakfast which is really good for you. If you eat late at night you cant burn off those calories cause you just go to bed so they just store as fat. So eat during the day and you wont be hungry at night!

Hi ,me and you do the same thang i eat a apple in the morning but i hate school when it's time for dinner i'm the first one at the table at like 9:30 10:00 i'm starving so i eat my favorite.DORITOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

u r definetely not eating enough! u have to eat more than just fruit! it's not heathy for ur body and u can't go on like that forever. u have to start eating more and when u do, all ur weight will come back.

If you know you get hungry around 10:00, either plan on having a snack... (yogurt, granola bar, fruit, veges) or go to bed earlier! Hope that helps.
