hi, umm, i need some help losing some weight. i weigh 143.2 and i'd like to be around 110 (i'm 5'6") i know i'm not actually "overweight" but if you could see me you'd realize that i need to lose the weight. i just need some tricks to get me motivated and not to eat so much. also if you have any really good excercise routines, i'd like to hear them. thanks!!!!!

Hey! ok first what i did was i went to one of my cheerleading websites call Varsity.com and it gives some tips on how to lose weight and get rock hard abs! you might want to try that!
