Hey everyone...I havent exactly lost weight yet but im starting..when i was younger i was always skinny....when i moved to america i began to gain weight but i still was 7th grade i became chunky..very chunky...i never thought i was chunky until i saw photos of me ....especially when i saw photos with me and my best best friend has the perfect figure and im really jealous...In 8th grade i lost a lotta mom tells me because of my period...but now im gaing weight again..i weigh 126 and my goal weight is 117....Ive been trying everything but nuthing seems to be working..i exercise a lot..i walk about 3 miles a day.....Nuthing is working for me i need gonna not eat for 2 weeks and see hat just going to eat ice and drink water...if i eva get starving ill prob eat an apple or something..ill keep u all updated to see if it will work....hopefully it is..i start high school next year and we have to go in a bathing suit...i really dont want 2..if im not my goal wieght iill hate high school!

do you know what happens when you starve yourself?If you do major problems are heading your way, if you only have ice and water you dont get the nutriotion you need everyday and say you did the ice water thing for a whole week or two weeks you going to have cravings and when you try to eat somthing you will throw it up autmaticaly no matter how much you try to keep it in, and when you throw up acid from your stomache that dijust food go up and makes you throw up but what makes it worse is the acid tears some of you tissue in your throat. and because of only haveing water and ice your not going to be able to eat without having to throw up so your parents will find out take you to some hospital where there going to have to force feed you. so how does this sound is it worth it you tell me and maybe you will have second thoughts and do the healthy way to knock pounds off. WEIGHT DOESNT COME OFF JUST LIKE THAT YOU HAVE TO PUT TIME AND EFFORT AND SLOWLY IT WILL DECREASE! Hope this helped plz dont do the that stupied idea your risking alot.

Hey. You weigh 126 pounds. That is not overweight or anywhere near it. I think it is stupid to even try to lose the weight and starving yourself is rediculous. Even if you do lose the weight you will only gain it back after you start eating right. Starving yourself for two weeks is the same as having an eating disorder. I think you need to consider what is really wrong, because your weight is NOT a problem.
