Hey all, I'm 16, 5'5" and around 185lbs. I would like to lose some weight before school starts. So, that gives me about 45 days. I know I'm not going to be able to get down to me ideal weight of between 119-124 by then, but I am hoping to at least lose a little. Anyway, my question is, if I go kayaking for an hour a day one day a week, plus do some other working out/exercise(I need suggestions) how much I could lose by then?? Thanks to anyone who can help me out. :)

Well, you should have fruits and veggies, normally, you're supposed to have at least 1200, if you don't, your body goes into a starvation phase, and it thinks you're starving yourself. And changes everything it can into fat. If you can't eat 1200, i recommend having juice. It's just a drink, and it's some calories.

Yeah, I know about the eating thing. I would eat between 1200-1500 calories a day, but the thing is, that would make me sick. I'm used to eating 1000 calories max. Most of the time not even that. I don't lose weight by eating that much, so if I eat more, how am I suppose to lose weight?? Around how many calories should I eat to lose weight??

Exercising itself won't mke you lose a lot of weight. You need to have a healthy diet to go with it. Eat a lot of fruits and veggies and up to 1200-1500 calories a day. Plus 6+ 8oz (1 cup) glasses of water. It will help a bunch:)
