Okay guys. Heres my problem. I start a diet, stay on it for a few days, get really hungry and eat some chocolate or junk food. Then i feel guilty and start dieting again. Then i get hungry and eat junk. Its terrible. I always seem to think i can start dieting tomorrow, and i can eat all junkfood today and i'll be fine. Does anyone know any GOOD motivation? I really need it. Thanks to all who can be bothered to reply!

what he means is low-fat versions. even if they have no fats, the manufacturers add a whole lot of sugar to it for the taste. sugar=carbs=fat. so.. u know what to do

when you get hungry like that for something sweet, eat something like angel food cake, vanilla wafers, or orange sherbet. all of those things have little or no fat. so when i eat them i feel like i'm not doing anything wrong.
always remember- don't let fathead society get you down, and be original.
