I am 5'5 and weighed 169.4 last sept, Now I weigh 131.3, and here is how i Did it...
*I stopped drinking pop and sugar jucies, I only drank orange juice and lots of water.
*I ONLY ate when I was hungry
*I avoided snacks and candy (ate them rarely)
*Ate meals slowly and cut the fatty foods in half in what I would normaly eat (ex. instead of 2 slices of pizza, I ate 1)
Im just saying that if you make a plan and stick with it, you can do it! The best thing to avoid is pop, Remember that a large cola in Mcdolnalds has more fat than a Mig Mac. Also that the average person can gain 15 pounds a year if they drank 1 can a pop everyday.

I ate any meal until I was full (not Junk food). The craving of fatty foods would go away when I drank water and ate something healthy before I ate the fatty food, it enabled me to feel that I dont't want seconds, or even not have any.

That sounds like a good idea. I was thinking about drinking a gallon of water a day and only eating when I was hungry. You didn't stop eating after a certain time?
