Last week I had lost ten pounds then gained three back for a total of 7 pounds lost. This week i have only lost 1 pound and keep gaining it and losing it again. I am eating pretty healthy and ony have two meals a day and two snacks. I exercise everynight for about 30 min. Do any of you have any tips on how to lose weight? Or any exercise techniques? First of all, let me congrtulate you on the 7 pounds loss. I wish I could lose 7 pounds. They would do me a world of good. But i really think you're on the right path to losing weight. Exercising half and hour and eating healthy is cool. You'll lose the weight your body needs to and if you still want to lose a little more, increase your excercise by five minutes at a time till you get around 45 minutes. But hey, it's just a suggestion, I need some too. Good luck.

Skipping meals won't help you lose weight 'cause you need the energy from the food to burn calories.
