Last week I had lost ten pounds then gained three back for a total of 7 pounds lost. This week i have only lost 1 pound and keep gaining it and losing it again. I am eating pretty healthy and ony have two meals a day and two snacks. I exercise everynight for about 30 min. Do any of you have any tips on how to lose weight? Or any exercise techniques?
