hey, waz up? i have a problem and was wondering if someone could give me some advice. Here it goes. I recently broke my foot, i'm feeling really down and like i can't do anything at all. I was actually starting to loose a little weight, cut down on junk food and everything. I was beging to tell and was feeling so much better about my self. Now this has happened and i just don't know what to do, i have gained weight, i sit all the time all i do is eat sleep and watch tv. what else can i do? ineed to know how i can keep the weight off when i have a broken foot. is there any exercises or anything. hey all u need to do is to do sit ups and stuff like that a way u don't have to mess up your foot!

Even though you can't do much of it, tae bo will help you keep your upper body strength and probably lose some weight. You can throw punches and get a fairly good work out sitting down.
