hey, waz up? i have a problem and was wondering if someone could give me some advice. Here it goes. I recently broke my foot, i'm feeling really down and like i can't do anything at all. I was actually starting to loose a little weight, cut down on junk food and everything. I was beging to tell and was feeling so much better about my self. Now this has happened and i just don't know what to do, i have gained weight, i sit all the time all i do is eat sleep and watch tv. what else can i do? ineed to know how i can keep the weight off when i have a broken foot. is there any exercises or anything.
