Hi. Well, I am 107lbs and 5' tall. My friend told me that if I want to lose weight, then
I should pretend that I am lactose intolorent, a diabetic, and a vegetarian. I've been
on this thing 4 a week, eating carbs before excersise, and fruits and veggies and tofu
after. I've lost 4lbs since then, and I know eating everything in moderation is the best
way to go, but this seems to be working and I feel fine. Any comments?

Eat your protein! you need it to excersise with that is what builds healthy muscle. You need calcium or you will have bone loss or damage you don't have to drink milk but do take the pills or something. You are at a very healthy weight. Remember if you stop excerising the muscle will turn to fat. So my advice is to have a healthy rounded diet and enjoy your excerise of choice and have a TPLAY- True, Positive Look At Yourself.

That's great! But make sure that you're getting enough vitamins and minerals every day. And don't forget to drink a lot of water. When you're thirsty, you're probably already dehydrated! So drink up!
