Hi. Well, I am 107lbs and 5' tall. My friend told me that if I want to lose weight, then I should pretend that I am lactose intolorent, a diabetic, and a vegetarian. I've been on this thing 4 a week, eating carbs before excersise, and fruits and veggies and tofu after. I've lost 4lbs since then, and I know eating everything in moderation is the best way to go, but this seems to be working and I feel fine. Any comments?
