I started doing ballet when I was 5 (I just quit, becasue of sports). I am 5'10 and I weight 150lbs. When I was 13 I broke my foot and was on crutches and using a cam walker (big black stabelizing boot) for 2 months. I gained 20lbs while I was out of action. I am really active but I am not in the best shape since my accident. I could REALLY use some moral support from ppl who have gone through the weight loss thing. I have no idea how to loose theweight 'cause I've lways been in shape 'till now. PLEASE HELP!! thanks Christine.

Yeh, i know someone else that happened to. The only good advice i can give you is to go back to your old lifestyle and not keep gaining weight. What did your doctor say? "it was normal?" Just don't keep gaining weight whatever you do! Good Luck!

chew gum. don't buy treats. and eat lots of healthy food and u ca't gain a pound when u eat healthy food. walk
