HI, I'm currently a 15 yr. old looking for a plan that might help me lose like 40 lbs. The thing is that I am about 5'8 and wieght around 250. I really need someone to help me. I'm really sick of looking at my image in the mirror or knowing that no matter how hard I try in doing all my fav. sports I'm going to end up super tired. Hi i am amanda and i think i may be able to help you my doctor told me that if getting the right foods exercise for about 20-30 minutes a day and enough sleep then you will be more active and your weight will improve. if you have the right foods then you will have more energy.

I have some advice for you. One is whenever you are hungry just drink lots and lots of water. Two when your houngry don't not eat because then later when you eat you will be even more hungry and just eat twice as much. If you must eat something eat something healthy like fruit or yogurt. Think of your dreams and goals in life. I want to be a singer when I grow up but the entertainment world isn't all about talent...its also about looks. Thats what keeps me motivated in eating right and excersicing. Also exercise a lot, but don't push yourself too hard. Finally the most important thing is don't do it for anyone else. If your being made fun of at school or something don't try to loose weight because of them. Do it because its what you want to do. I bought this book called "Be A Loser: No Diet" by Greer Childer. I've only been on the program for 2 days but in the 1st week u can lose 4 to 14 1/2 inches and lose weight without dieting. It's based on breathing exercises. It only takes 15 min. a day and 30 min. the first week. The exercises are simple and they do not make you tired.
