some people including women tend to think that the quickest way to lose weight is to eat right and do cardio.... well.. its right and wrong. If you add a small weight lifting routine to your workout, it can speed up your fat burner by 10 to 35%! why? When you build muscle, you burn fat much, much quicker! so try adding some small weights to your routine
