"MY TIP OF THE DAY" some people including women tend to think that the quickest way to lose weight is to eat right and do cardio.... well.. its right and wrong. If you add a small weight lifting routine to your workout, it can speed up your fat burner by 10 to 35%! why? When you build muscle, you burn fat much, much quicker! so try adding some small weights to your routine Mr. Dan:)
