Ht. 5'8", Start: 275.6 lb, Today: 272.6 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 230 lb - I have lost 3 pounds since i first started my new diet and exercise habits. I know this will not be easy I know my goal weight still puts me over weight but i want to take it one step at a time. Once i get to my goal i will set a new one. This plan works better for me than just one giant goal.

We have about the same goal. Keep on pushing girl you got this! Remember your not alone. Keep going and working towards your goal.
