Ht. 5'8", Start: 275.6 lb, Today: 272.6 lb, Goal: 230 lb - I have lost 3 pounds since i first started my new diet and exercise habits. I know this will not be easy I know my goal weight still puts me over weight but i want to take it one step at a time. Once i get to my goal i will set a new one. This plan works better for me than just one giant goal.
