Ht. 5'3", Start: 523 lb, Today: 523 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 250 lb - I really don't know how to change my weight. I'm incredibly embarrassed about being so fat that I rarely go out. Last summer I only left the house twice over the course of 8 weeks. I've been trying to eat healthier and have cut back a lot but I counted yesterday and I'm still eating over 5000 calories. On top of that I can barely walk for more than a minute so I can't exercise. Please I really need some advice as I can't carry on like this

Hi Sara,
Weightloss is all about what you can do with what you have. So, that means you can try to cut calories back to 4500 and then 4000 and so on. You can do in-bed exercises like stretching.
