Ht. 5'2", Start: 148 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 110 lb - i really need help my mom makes fatty food and i eat it so she wont feel bad but every time i eat it i gain at least 2 pounds i need help trying to tell her that im over weight and need to lose the weight she put in my body i take my body seriously i go to gym i walk but i have been eating the food that i don't need please help me give me some tips to lose the weight please.

Tell her that you're very concerned for your health and you want to eat healthier. If she's hesitant about that, then offer to help her cook dinner, she might be more inclined to make healthier stuff if you help her
