Ht. 5'2", Start: 148 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 110 lb - i really need help my mom makes fatty food and i eat it so she wont feel bad but every time i eat it i gain at least 2 pounds i need help trying to tell her that im over weight and need to lose the weight she put in my body i take my body seriously i go to gym i walk but i have been eating the food that i don't need please help me give me some tips to lose the weight please.
