Ht. 5'2", Start: 182 lb, Today: 169 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 140 lb - Ok guys I need to lose some serious weight starting this Monday. I chose Monday because I need to mentally prepare myself. I'm not going to diet but I'm going to eat healthier and less gluten and sugar. I'm gonna start exercising with the insanity workout about 3 times a week and the other two day with be a less intense workout. I really need to lose this weight for myself. I get such low self esteem and confidence that I get depressed and hate my life. I always feel ugly and ill be forever alone even though my friends tell me otherwise. I need to lose this weight so I can be happy and feel pretty. I owe it to myself. Plz reply if u have anysuggestions or tips or inspirational or motivational thoughts

Thanks moni, I really hope it does and I hope I can stick with it :) I might get together with my cousin every Monday and do insanity together so that will help :)

Hey Taylor...I think your plan will work. I have been eating gluten free for the past week and I did a short 15 minute insanity workout four days and I lost 5 lbs! My aunt is overweight and she eats organic and does insanity and she has lost 25 lbs. I eat pretty organic but not all the way. You could try eating organic it really works, but it's up to you. I wish you luck on your weight loss journey!!
